For visiting groups split across multiple consecutive Tours, see below for our best recommendations to ensure each Tour group has the best possible experience:

• Arrive early and be prepared to check-in! We are very limited around our busy production schedule to accommodate latecomers on our Tour, so if you miss your schedule, we cannot promise that we will be able to accommodate your group onto another Tour.

• Make sure each group has a copy of the tickets to present at check-in. Each Tour needs a copy of the tickets, which includes the start time and headcount of your group, to present at The Shop at NBC Studios for check-in and at security as your start your Tour. If your tickets were booked by a travel agent or third party, please confirm that each group has a copy of the tickets shared with them.

• Travelling with students or children? Make sure each group includes a teacher or chaperone. We do not allow children under the age of 8 years on our Tours.
